The Air Care Alliance is a nationwide association of humanitarian flying organizations dedicated to community service. The ACA site lists and introduces patients to the member groups of ACA and other groups whose activities involve health care, patient transport, and related kinds of public benefit.
A national, non-profit organization supported entirely by volunteer pilots to help people in need, Air Charity Network (ACN) provides free air transportation to specialized health care facilities or distant destinations due to family, community, or national crisis. ACN is comprised of independent member organizations identified by specific geographical service areas. Angel Bus is a non-profit corporation dedicated to providing compassionate, non-emergency long-distance ground transportation to patients in need who meet financial guidelines. 800-768-0238
Angel Flights is a non-profit organization of pilots, volunteers, and friends; they arrange free air transportation for any legitimate, charitable, medically related need. Angel Flight primarily serves patients needing transportation to or from the heartland region. 918-749-8992
American Airlines Kids in Need is one of several initiatives American Airlines offers to assist kids in need. The program provides worldwide support for children and their families, as well as for organizations dedicated to improving the quality of life for children with needs for medical, educational, social services issues and/or for those that heighten public awareness of children’s issues.
Children’s Flight of Hope provides free air transportation to and from medical facilities for children who- due to medical, financial, or logistical reasons- cannot travel to their destinations by any other method.
Hope Air Canada arranges free flights to get financially-disadvantaged Canadians to the healthcare they need.
Kids Wings provides free air transportation to those in financial need and in medical need of treatment at distant facilities and for whom commercial air transportation is either unaffordable or impractical.
LifeLine Pilots facilitates transportation for on-going medical treatments, diagnosis and follow-up care through pilot donation of flight expenses and time. 800-822-7972

Miracle Flight for Kids is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping low income, very sick children overcome financial obstacles that prevent them from accessing proper medical care and second opinions.
National Patient Travel Center provides information about all forms of charitable, long-distance medical transportation and provides referrals to all appropriate sources of help available in the national charitable medical transportation network. Their purpose is to ensure that no ﬁnancially needy patient is denied access to distant, specialized medical evaluation, diagnosis or treatment for lack of a means of long-distance medical transportation.
Patient Airlift Service arranges free air transportation based on need to individuals requiring medical care and for other humanitarian purposes. 631-694-PALS (7257)
Supported by Southwest Airlines, this program provides complimentary, round-trip tickets to non-profit hospitals and medical transportation organizations. Southwest allows participating non-profit hospitals and medical transportation non-profit organizations the freedom to determine how to distribute the tickets to patients and/or caregivers.
