			WHO WE ARE Our mission is to advance our development of sight-restoring contact lens devices for people visually disabled by corneal diseases and to make them available to all who can benefit from their use regardless of their ability to pay or where they live. We will achieve these goals by: Continuing research and development to advance our designs in order to simplify the fitting process, increase the success rate, and broaden the clinical applications of the lens. training eye-care practitioners in the fitting technology of these lenses in order to establish a worldwide network of affiliated clinics in academic centers collaborating with other academic research centers to develop improved treatment strategies based on a better understanding of severe ocular surface disease and other corneal disorders
